What's in it?

The coaching clinic will commence in June during the school holidays on weekdays and weekend mornings. This programme will not only impart basic rugby skills but also address the following:

• Best Practice Sports Safety and First-Aid
• Strength and Conditioning
• Speed and Agility
• Sports Psychology
• Sport Nutrition

This coaching clinic will also focus on nurturing the children's character growth at an impressionable age. It has been proven that rugby provides an excellent opportunity for children to interact with others in a manner that not only strengthens basic social skills, but also promotes a healthy lifestyle from a tender age.

Mini Rugby Carnival

At the end of the ten-week programme, Blacks RFC will also organize a Mini-Rugby Carnival, with invitations to teams from various clubs and neighborhood primary schools. The carnival will provide an excellent opportunity for our participants to practice the skills they have learnt during the coaching clinic and at the same time, allow them to gain a greater exposure to the game even as new friendships are forged.

Registration for the coaching clinic is at $250 per child and includes the following:

• 10 sessions coaching clinic, conducted by qualified professionals
• Mini-rugby carnival
